On August 19, 2019, Michael J. Churilla, 44, of Slippery Rock, was charged with stealing merchandise in June from the Walmart on West Main Street Extension in Pine Township. The June 20 incident was caught on surveillance video.
He is charged with two counts each of theft by deception, retail theft and driving with a suspended license.
