The new CEO of Pennsylvania’s 14 state universities will visit Butler County’s Slippery Rock University later this month.
Daniel Greenstein will be in town on Monday, Oct. 15 for a day-long visit. Plans for the day include a cycling tour of the university in the morning, and then a town-hall style forum in the afternoon.
The events are not only open to SRU students, faculty and staff, but also the public.
Greenstein was hired in September and became the fifth chancellor of Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education.
