Allen D. Frieson, 26, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to five years of intermediate punishment with the first 105 days on house arrest and an additional 90 days on house arrest for driving under the influence.
Frieson must also pay a total of $2,500 in fines and serve 100 hours of community service.
Frieson was charged on July 30, 2018, and pleaded guilty on June 12, 2019.
