Laura Bundy, 22, of Cabot was charged with allegedly causing an accident on Bonniebrook Road.
Bundy was traveling south on Bonniebrook Road when she allegedly attempted a left-hand turn and struck a Fiat 124 Spider, driven by Larry Schrecengost of Slippery Rock, according to the accident report.
The report said Schrecengost was taken to Allegheny Valley Hospital for suspected minor injuries. Bundy was listed as not injured in the report.
