The Slippery Rock University men cruised past California 86-65 Saturday. The victory improves The Rock to 17-4 overall and 11-4 in the PSAC. The win sets up a showdown between the top two teams in the Western Division Wednesday at Morrow Field House.
IUP hit a game-winning shot with two seconds remaining to escape Mercyhurst 67-65 Saturday to remain two games ahead of The Rock at 12-2 in PSAC games. Tip off Wednesday is 7:30 p.m. It will be the annual “white-out” night.
