Edward J. Schreiber IV, 28, of Slippery Rock was charged with drunken driving stemming from a traffic stop last month on Whitestown Road. Police said they pulled him over about 1:10 a.m. March 11 for swerving on the road.
His blood-alcohol level was subsequently found to be 0.14 percent. A level of 0.08 percent is considered intoxicated under state law.
Schreiber is charged with driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes.
